RETURNS
No Questions Asked Return Policy
Simply call our Customer Service department and request a RMA (Return Merchadise
Authorization) number, then return the merchandise to us freight prepaid in the original
unopened packaging and shipping carton and we will give you full credit (minus the
shipping.)
This policy is contingent on your returning all items purchased from Advantage Gripware,
Inc. within 5 days of the original delivery in an unused and resalable condition. After 5 days
or if the returned items are not in their original packaging, we will assess a 20% restocking
charge.
In the event a product is defective or the return is a result of our error, please follow the
procedure above, however, Advantage Gripware, Inc. will also credit the shipping.
Otherwise, the buyer shall pay return shipping. If the item is returned for any other reason,
you as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs and will still be responsible for
the original shipping cost.
The Receiving Department at Advantage Gripware, Inc. will not accept returned
merchandise without a pre-authorized RMA number prominently displayed on the return
package. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of
receiving the returned item in proper condition and after inspection by our Returns
Department.
Please Note: Items that are damaged by use and/or altered may not be returned, no matter
what the reason.
