TERMS & CONDITIONS SHIPPING & FREIGHT
ALL ORDERS ARE F.O.B. OUR MANUFACTURING PLANT AND WAREHOUSE unless otherwise noted. Risk of loss and/or damage passes when the product is delivered to the carrier.  Shipments signed for by the customer’s representative at the time of delivery, without any notation on the Bill of Lading, as to possible damage are normally denied by the freight carrier.  Any hidden damage uncovered when unpacking the shipment, must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of delivery.  All packaging and/or shipping containers must be saved for carrier inspection! Do not sign for a shipment with visible damage to the packaging! For all orders, shipping costs will be calculated using the current UPS or FedEx Shipping Tables providing the weight and size of your order falls within their limits. Shipments made on the customer’s freight account will incur a pick-up charge that is added to our invoice.  If an LTL delivery for a common carrier is needed, we will notify you directly and coordinate appropriate arrangements. If your order is shipping to a studio lot, construction site, military base, school, institution or any facility where access is restricted, a Limited Access Charge will be incurred.  If shipment is made to a Residential area and/or palletized shipment to a commercial address with no loading dock or where a forklift is not available, a lift gate will may be required at an additional charge. Other common “add on” charges are:  call before delivery,  an appointment for delivery, mis-classification, change of address or a re-routed delivery to mention a few.  If there is no one present at time of delivery, a re-delivery charge will be incurred.  Make sure to include all necessary information when ordering, to insure receipt at the proper location and without additional chargers.  Advantage Gripware, Inc. reserves the right to bill additional freight charges to the customer as they are received.  Since we have no control over the delivery process, it is the customer’s responsibility to supervise receipt of shipments and to avoid unnecessary freight company charges. LTL common carrier deliveries to private residences will incur one or more additional charges per shipment by the carrier.  If your business is located in a residential or rural area so designated by the USPS, chances are that additional delivery charges will be incurred.
Due to billing problems with Central Transport International, we can no longer offer the Pallet Saver Program shipped and billed to our occount. If you have your own Pallet Saver account with Central, we will be happy to ship via that account.
